VERY SUBJECT TO SEA STATE WHEN DARK OVER WINTER MONTHS - Monday evening swim at 18:15 (6.15pm) to allow a little extra time for those who work to arrive. We meet at the beach by The Sundial Cafe / iSurf at the northern end of The Esplanade. Paid parking along the sea front or free in the high street (1 hour limit then free after 6pm.) We change at the beach, there is no shelter. We take our own hot drinks / flasks as generally the cafes have closed by the time we are there.
