Boost Your Swimming – Sandown Bay

Learn to move more efficiently in the water, improve your technique, gain confidence in the sea and have some fun along the way. Mondays, 6.15 pm, Sandown (near the Sundial Cafe.)
8 weeks from Monday the 20th of September until, and including, Monday the 8th if November.
Join us for some after work swimming sessions. Learn or improve your front crawl, be more active, meet some new friends. Whether you re training for an event or simply want to move more in the water, this course is for you. You do not need to attend every week but a regular commitment is recommended. The cost for the 8 weeks is £40, this is subsidised by Energise Me but also note that if you are unable to pay the £40 then simply complete the questionnaire and ignore the payment link but please do email and let us know 😊
